I was suggest avoiding this particular service center. If you can find Bmw service somewhere else that’s where you should go. The people here are inefficient non-communicative and simply unpleasant. They will set an appointment months out and then keep your car for days and days without touching it, they need to make a change. I even reached out to their service manager, who failed to follow up with me and truly let me down. They used to be a good service center. These days they are not.

My wife had an X5 which we enjoyed. We had terrible experience with the service department. It was bad enough that we stopped buying BMW and switched to a Denali. I would regard their actions towards us as adversarial and reluctant. The 3.7 stars I see on google review as I write this review is generous in my opinion.

Terrible service department. Some may have gotten lucky with them but I sure didn't. Made an appointment to have my car towed in on Monday morning August 18th. Here it is August 26th and they have not even looked at it. The few updates I got, after I had to initiate and ask for updates, I was told "We should get to it today or tomorrow we are really backed up". I was initially told it usually takes 24-48 hours after bringing it in for someone to diagnose it. After 8 days and it still sitting in the same spot, I went in and got my key and I took it somewhere else. If you value your time, and don't want to be strung along, avoid this "service" center. They need to be honest with time frames, not just keep sitting on your vehicle stringing you along buying themselves days at a time. They aren't the only ones that are busy, we are all busy. UPDATE: Just checked the updated CarFax and they falsify information on something as important as that! They put on the CarFax that they checked driveability, washed and detailed, blah blah blah....THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE VEHICLE, IT SAT FOR 8 DAYS AFTER BEING TOWED IN!!! NOTHING BUT LIES AND FALSIFYING MISLEADING INFORMATION ON A CARFAX !!!!! WOW!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about the service department here. I’ve brought my vehicle in several times and have consistently worked with the same gentleman, Matthew Karry, and each visit has been a great experience. Most recently, I had an issue with extended warranty coverage that technically wasn’t the service departments responsibility to resolve, but they stepped up in a big way. They went above and beyond to help me through the process and made sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to truly help their customers are unmatched. I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and outstanding service.
