10/10. Fantastic experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We needed a replacement car with all-wheel drive and researched the Mazda CX-5. Recommended by our auto mechanic, we called Enterprise to see if they had a CX-5 we could look at . John Goodlet answered the phone. He said I'll be happy to show one to you. John is very knowledgeable with all the features of this model. Even showed my wife how to use the backup camera. John went above and beyond our expectations showing us how easy it was to get the car we wanted. Everyone inside could sense we were having a fun time with John and played along. We had our old car a long time but we feel we made the right decision and Enterprise made it so easy. Our new to us car meets all the reviews of the model so far. We didn't want brand new. We wanted a clean new to us car with all the new safety features offered today. We paid for our mechanic to give it a full inspection during the 7 day return policy. He said it's like brand new. We told everyone what a wonderful experience we had buying it. Come to find out my cousin who worked at other car rental companies said Enterprise only replaces parts directly from the manufacturer. Which made us feel even better about our purchase. Honestly I don't think anything was replaced Enterprise jut took good care of it.

This was the most pain free process I could have possibly asked for. Absolutely incredible customer service from John Goodlett. The process was so incredibly fast it blew my mind. I actually think getting the car cleaned took longer than the approval took. I will recommend this dealership and this awesome salesman to anyone I know who is looking for a new car 100% of the time. My family will be buying cars from here for the foreseeable future. We could not be more pleased.
