I was traveling when Jackman's reached out as their history showed I'd placed an order around the same time last year. I was grateful as arranging a birthday flower delivery had slipped my mind due to my trip. I was a bit nervous choosing an arrangement based on pricing and a colour pallette, and was so pleased when the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement gushing about how beautiful it was. I ordered from Jackman’s online for the first time. I chose Jackman’s based on the reviews posted online given that I am not from North Bay and, I was not disappointed. Flower arrangement was pretty and my instructions on delivery time was respected. I’ve now ordered another arrangement and I am pleased once again I would recommend Jackman’s.

Second experience: I received a call from them about a week ago reminding me I had sent flowers to my dear friend last year for their birthday, and did I want to do so again this year? I thought this was such great marketing, they called me! I didn’t have to look them up again or even remember what I did last year. Of course I wanted to send flowers again, in my experience this was so simple and made me look great. When speaking with my friend, she said they called her and wished her happy birthday, they worked out a time that would work best for the delivery and also gave her the option of picking it up, AND if pick up was easiest they would give her some chocolates worth the same as the shipping amount I had been charged. Again, I thought this was a great idea and solution making it easy for the receiver to pick whatever option worked best. This company is easy to work with and has great customer service. Flowers were also beautiful again, my friend was thrilled. Highly recommend! First experience: Very easy to order online. Flowers looked great when they arrived. And it was delivered when she had returned home from work which I greatly appreciated. Would use this company again.
