Within minutes he had found the fault with the boiler and had replaced parts with spares he had in his van within an hour. Joe made sure our hot water and heating worked well before he left. I would highly recommend jag heating, Joe managed to fit me in between jobs about an hour after messaging. He found the problem straight away and sorted it, I asked if could come back another day to do a service on the boiler, but he did it then and there. I will definitely use them again A*
