I booked my appointment for general servicing on my Ford Flex through the business office . I dropped it off on the appointment date and time. I was fully brought up to speed on how the entire process would go from my service advisor. While I was away and back at my job. I was continously updated on the progress. I even received a very detailed video from the technician Mekhi who did a wonderful job explaining everything from what he was currently performing and what would need performed in the future. Kudos on a job well done to Mekhi and the entire quick lane crew.

Got me in very quickly for not having an appointment for an oil change. I love the videos that were sent that show me all the items they checked. Blaise kept me fully in the loop and provided me with updates throughout the entire process. I wasn't able to buy my Bronco thru Bill Knight but it is my dealer of choice and the only place I go for work on my Bronco. Been thinking about a Ranger Raptor and if I decide to buy, I'll get from BK!
