Jai Yoga studio has become a home for me over the years. It is where I go to ground, soften and connect with myself and a beautiful community of high vibrational humans! I have been doing yoga for 18 years and I have to say Jennifer is by far the most intelligent, creative, intuitive and inspiring teacher I have ever come across. Her knowledge of kundalini yoga her elegance and spirituality, the way she connects you with ancient technology, it is mind altering and life changing. She has gifted me a whole new perspective on life, a shiny new lens that I am forever grateful for. She has taught me how to breathe and center- tools I wish I had my whole life. My relationship with myself and everyone I know has improved. The gratitude I have for Jai and her studio is unparalleled.
