After I paid the initial amount, the team shared the checklist and the agreement along with the link to their portal to upload all the documents. They answered all my questions at every step of the process. At the same time, I gathered information on my own and approached them only when in doubt. I did not face any issue at any time when they handled my application. Additionally, once my application was submitted, I used to get weekly updates on the status of my application, which was so kind and professional of them. Lastly, I agree with some of the comments where they say that we do not have access to our application on the IRCC portal, but Ms. Rao and her team explained the reason for it and I completely understand. I have worked with other immigration lawyers and teams before, but none of them were as dedicated and professional as Suma Law Firm. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who is seeking guidance for immigration.
