I worked with Jamelle for over one year to find a property in Edmonton and that too without signing any buyers representation. Unlike a lot of other realtors representing the buyers, he would point out the pros and cons in every property and every neighbourhood. He was very patient all the time, promptly showed me properties remotely as I was based in a different city. When I came to Edmonton for showings, he set aside 4 days for us and we covered about 40 properties in those 4 days. Jamelle never rushed me into making a decision or putting an offer on any property we saw. He knows the city so well, he can put up a nice presentation on every neighbourhood (or maybe every block of the city) almost instantly.
