Dr. Munn and the staff at Jameson Queen are incredible. Extremely thorough consult where I felt completely heard and not rushed. First time I’ve had a vet grab a marker and draw out something so I could fully understand the issue (in this case narrow ear canals). The fact that Geo can walk my (fairly timid/nervous) dog into the treatment area and return her to me with a wagging tail…speaks volume about the vibe at this place!
We moved our cats to this practice about a year ago, and it is the best move we made. The vets and techs are thoughtful, gentle, and attentive. The environment is as close to stress free as one can get from a vet visit. I wish we had switched sooner but am so, so glad we did.
