This review is for a traumatic order experience and not for the product itself as I didnot receive the product even after 10 days now! I placed the order on 5 th and post the I got a call saying that product will be delivered in 2 days. But I didnot and the website doesnot show the order status too, there is no way you can find the order status whether it is dispatched , on the way etc. After 10 days only when I reached out to their support team and asked them to cancel the order. This is when they replied saying no we assure to dispatch the order today and I choose not to respond. After sometime I got message saying that your order has been cancelled. This is when I got very unhappy and felt they are very unprofessional as i there was no order status, no messages etc. ingot a call immediately from customer service where this lady started raging and ranting saying why you call me unprofessional and she went on ranting. She started feeling like she was the victim when I am the one who had ordered and disappointed. Also she mentioned that I am contacting only today and they are responding. Really? Is it customer's job to follow up? Had I not called today they would have not bothered about the order too. She even went on to insult me and said I will even send the T shirt to you for free and don't pay.. when I said I will write reviews she started feeling like I am threatening her while i didnot. I only said I will write this unprofessional behaviour and never heard of customer care calling a customer and yelling at the customer. I even got voice notes in WhatsApp for the same.i felt very deeply disrespected and hurt. I am not any reviewer or social media person. She said she doesn't care about what reviews i write and asked to me write whatever I want. I am just a simple man trying to order a simple T shirt which experience has become so bad.

When I was last in Tirupur, I ordered 50 white T-shirts and 50 black T-shirts from the J&GP Clothing manufacturer. I completed the payment, but they delayed the delivery by about 15 to 20 days, which I accepted. After receiving them, I found the black T-shirts were of good quality, but the white T-shirts were extremely poor in quality. Since they are useless to me, I plan to inform other customers by leaving a review Dont buy in bulk
