Very disappointed in customer service. Unorganized, very unprofessional, and dishonest. I contacted their office to inquire about my delivery and Heather the one who scheduled it, left me on hold for 15 minutes then was very rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to management, she became more hostile and said "I am the manager and I handle all the complaints". I later found that to be a blatant lie. The delivery driver Dustin was very pleasant and professional however it's not the driver who manages my account. My company will never utilize this business again. ....Nick, I have called and asked to speak with the owner and was told he isn't available and she handles the Layton office. I also had my wife try to reach out and she was unable to get any further than I did. My name and business reputation are on the line if there's any kind of issue with deliveries and professionalism is a must and after speaking with a few business associates that do use your company and hearing they have issues with the same employee, I have contracted with another courier company that so far has exceeded my expectations. I do appreciate you reaching out to me, unfortunately I couldn't reach you when it was urgent and chose to do what was necessary for my own company. Thank you again though for responding. Take care

I can't share enough how awesome J&R Xpress Couriers is. To have access to an after hours staff person and quickly turn a delivery around for us goes beyond expectations. Heather answered the phone after hours and also then later to accommodate our needs. She was very thorough and patient with us. Blake our delivery driver came at 6am to ensure pick and delivery was spot on and delivered in time. I will only use you in the future (and try not to wait last minute to schedule it). Thank you for providing a great service and having great employees!

J&R Express is the best way to get items picked up and delivered the same day hands down. I used to have to make trips to pick up materials and parts from Utah County to SL county and even Weber county or pay someone to do it for me, which took up a lot of valuable time. I realized that overall I was spending more $$ doing it myself than it cost to have J&R do it for me. They are extremely easy to work with and can get my parts the same day. Absolutely use these guys over sending someone to chase parts, it's just not worth the cost in fuel let alone the productivity loss of sending someone after it. I also really like the delivery drivers. They are friendly, very accommodating and great to work with, as they deliver some large and difficult-to-handle parts for us. -Custom Automation & Design
