Janzen Toyota Service Center

We’re halfway across the country on a cross country trip, and the indicator light for a low tire came on. Checked air pressures, none were significantly low. The indicator light did not go out with a nitrogen fill. Happened to pass Janzen Toyota in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and pulled in on a whim. Zach Hamilton, Assistant Service Manager, tentatively diagnosed the problem as a sensor. He invited us to have a cup of coffee and he would have a diagnostic run in about 5 minutes. He was back with a confirmation in less time than I could finish my coffee! AND there was no charge, just sound advice on getting the sensor issue fixed at our dealership when we return home. We had to commend the Sales Manager as well as Zach. EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE is a rare commodity for many establishments where average will suffice, but Janzen meets the challenge. Do not hesitate to utilize Janzen for your car purchases and service. By the way, they won Toyota’s President’s Award in 2023. This excellence is one of many reasons we own a Toyota hybrid.

Great service center. Staff is helpful and informative. My routine maintenance is always completed faster than quoted. Very pleased with my 4runner and the services provided at Janzen.

What was supposed to be a routine appointment, turned into a disaster when they found thousands of dollars in damage caused by another shop. Trevor and the whole service department went absolutely above and beyond what they needed to do to help me fix my car. I was treated with such compassion and like I was a human and not just a paycheck. I cannot begin to explain my gratitude for the service department or thank you enough.
