The car looks great, they managed the insurance seamlessly, provided a nice loaner car for free, and even dropped my truck off for me and swapped out the loaner at my home as I had to travel unexpectedly for work as the repair was finishing. This is the second time I've used these guys and they are professional,timely and do good work. They'll go to bat with insurance companies to replace items instead of repair and have a lifetime warranty on their work. I'm grateful for the weekly checkins about the status of your vehicle and when I got my vehicle back, they had vacuumed it out and cleaned it up really nicely.

My truck was rear-ended, and I needed the tailgate fixed. I walked in and worked with Dan Lao. Dan handled all the paperwork and thoroughly went over what needed to be done and the price. I also requested some custom work be done, and he also obliged with an estimate for that. They handle the payment for me through a third party, also. During the work process, Dan updated me on the progress. When done, they even gave my truck a detailed cleaning before I picked it up.
