Shree Swastik offers a wide variety of quality products with an extensive range to choose from. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the owner along with his sons stands out for their polite, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. While I understand where some negative reviews about rudeness might come from, it's important to note that every organization can have a few bad apples. For the most part, the team here is accommodating and works to resolve customer issues effectively. The only challenge lies in the after-sales process. If you encounter issues with a product, you may need to coordinate extensively, repeatedly explaining your concerns to get replacements or solutions. This can be frustrating, especially when delivery timelines stretch due to item unavailability. However, they do eventually deliver the desired product, and their willingness to accept returns and address concerns is commendable. For instance, I returned multiple sealed boxes due to fit and finish issues from Jaquar itself, and not once did the staff complain or resist – a big thumbs up to them for that! That said, one item from my purchase is still unaccounted for. While the shop claims it was delivered, I’m unable to confirm this due to the hustle and bustle during the process. While such instances could be improved, the overall service is satisfactory. I would recommend enhancing the shopping experience by creating a more welcoming ambiance, perhaps by using subtle perfumes, and providing regular training for staff to maintain a consistent standard of service. This place has the 4 floor - in shopping complex like structure where the staff help you out to chose a better product as your need in reasonable cost. Product like, bathroom needs, tiles, Granite, temple made of marble, plywood, different sizes of tiles and marbles everything is available here. One thing is for sure, the people won't be able to see all the options here because of the size and infinite number of options they have. You may always find something new you saw whenever you go. The quality of there product is also good. Remember one thing make up mind before you go there for buying once you enter there are so many thing that may dangle your mind to change an option. HAD TO ADMIT THIS IS THE BIGGEST COLLECTION OF TILES AND SANITARY PRODUCT I HAVE SEEN.

Very helpful and kind staff, patiently listened to all our requirements and provided the best suggestions. The store is full of varieties and they also offer good discount. The delivery was apt and on time. Great place to consider if you are building your house, business place, they have it all 🙂 And yes, its literally like a shopping complex for tiles, multiple floors and multiple options.

When person has a lot of money they don’t respect their customers , this saying fits right in case of Swastik showroom . I visited three times , no one was there to tell me the exact prices of Jaquar Sanitory . A lady was there which was having no knowledge and was least interested in me. Other staff came he also couldn’t tell me the rate of wall hung and accessories so I went to other showroom and bought all my requirements from there. Like me there must be several customers who are left unattended and it’s a huge loss to the owner .
