The Jaquar orientation centre is truly an educational centre for bath fittings. It is a must visit for anyone thinking of building a new home. The display is wide ranging and fabulous. Nishant Bhardwaj, manager of the centre is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and makes enormous efforts to explain the functioning of the fittings and helps customers make informed choices about what would best suit their needs. And he does this in a very unbiased and professional manner. He helped us choose all the fittings for our upcoming home and we are very happy with his service. The centre lives up to its name ie, orientation centre - ie, bringing clarity about something which appears very confusing unless someone handholds and guides you.

I recently visited the showroom and had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff named Nishant. This is happened twice by this same person . From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored and unwelcome. When I asked for assistance, the staff member I approached responded in a condescending tone and seemed uninterested in helping me. Despite my polite inquiries, the staff member was dismissive and made me feel like a nuisance. Customer service is key to a good shopping experience, and unfortunately, this visit left much to be desired. I left feeling frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this showroom to others, as the lack of professionalism from the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of the store.

With scarcity of sales staff this place is a sheer waste of time and energy. Please stay away from this place ; it’s much better to refer to e catalogues on the website. The staff and atmosphere is highly unprofessional. Till one year ago it stood out as really an impressive place to visit ; sadly it has detoriated heavily.

Please don't fit Jaquar if you have old parents or senior citizens because they will not be able to cope with this company's theatrics and trickery. One of the worst decision was to buy Jaquar products. I regret fitting concelead flushes and taps. The service takes almost 15 days to resolve. Sometime they don't even reolve it. One of my tap was changed after 1 year. If you think you will get a great service, that is not the case. Try getting hold of the Area Service Manager and you will see. They will give you orientation center's number and you'll be told the person is not available. You call on Customer Care and the story continues. They will try connecting to the Area Service Manager and he will not respond. Then if you catch hold of the ASM, the service provider's wrok is not reviewed. Never ever go for Jaquar or Artize. These guys are faking it in the name of 10 year warranty.
