This is my 3rd year working with Candy, the first 2 I had no problems at all. Would have recommended no problem and did. This past year, she has been very unresponsive and complained about the amount of workload tied with my 2023 corporate taxes. Then after finishing my taxes she notified me that the cost will increase next year if the workload is the same, I asked how much and it took Candy 2 weeks to respond to my very simple question. After this unnecessary experience I will no longer be needing they’re services. Would not recommend. Update: turns out I was far to nice in my above review. This is one of the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Extremely unresponsive, and condescending in email responses. This kind of treatment started after I wrote the review so they’re clearly upset I called them out on how they treat people. I’ve had unpleasant experiences with Candy Lamb and Erikka white, if you see them contacting you, request someone else. Absolutely pathetic.
