Henna was very flexible on the timing as no drop off was still found. Pick up time adjustments were considered even during weekends. Prompt and fast response was given always. The crew was very respectful to us and our items. They explained what they want to do. They also listened to our input. I am very happy with the service given to us. I will recommend them if my friends are moving and needs movers.

Jason's Moving Inc. was fantastic! The two-man crew who moved me were right on time, professional and very personable. They worked hard to get my move completed quickly and without any issues! Email communication was stellar, and paying the deposit and remaining invoice was a breeze. I highly recommend them for your move, too!

To be clear, I didn’t actually use this company, so I cannot comment on their skills or lack of in regards to moving. What I can say is that they seem like a group on scam artists posing as a moving company. I was originally given a quote (which I do realize is an estimate) of around $720. Shortly after I was sent an email with a quote for a little above $1000. To be clear, this was not based on me changing any information previously provided, nor them ever being physically present to see whether there was more or less items than described. I of course called to ask why this was, and their rep Henna told me that the cost of the truck was more than initially thought. I could be wrong, but that sounds like they don’t have trucks of their own…? If so, they are not true and professional movers. I can rent a truck, lift some stuff, and take it to a new location but that doesn’t make me a mover. When I asked to speak with a manager she consistently refused then told me no one would call me back. Credit where credit’s due; a manager did indeed call me back and I immediately realized why Henna had such a lack of professionalism…if your boss acts like a jerk, why would you be any different? I see on many low end reviews they seem to demean and belittle each and every one. Instead of publicly (even) saving face, they basically prove their lack of professionalism in plain view. No acceptance of responsibility aside from a very hollow “sorry” and a weak excuse for everything. In their email THEY state “no hidden fees or surprises”…I’d like to offer to buy them a dictionary for any future claims such as this. On Yelp, they have a current rating of 1.3. Granted, there are only three reviews…what’s the saying I’m thinking of here…three strikes and you’re out? I look forward to their snide and lame retort to my review 👍🏻
