He is an excellent negotiator, who is always looking after his customer. He negotiated a seller credit for me. Once we made an offer, he set me up with incredible team of professionals: attorney, lender, insurance agent, home inspection etc. Everyone, Jason recommended were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, true professionals. There was a situation with original lender that seems to impossible to resolve as it required bigger down payment, Jason recommended new lender with more sophisticated mortgage products that turned out a greater deal for me.
