I was nervous going in since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but from the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. Everything was clean and welcoming — even the chair pillows were so soft, which showed me how much they care about the little details. The staff were friendly and never rushed me. From intake to the exam, they listened carefully to all my concerns and explained each step clearly. My hygienist checked in often, reminded me I could raise my hand if I felt uncomfortable, and made me feel at home, like I was talking to a friend. The dentist also took the time to answer my questions and was kind and gentle throughout. I didn’t expect them to have so much technology — TVs in every room, advanced tools, even ways to communicate seamlessly between staff. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was in good hands. Most importantly, it felt like finding a dental home. I’m not someone who likes switching dentists, but after one bad experience at my last office, this was such a relief. I haven’t had procedures done here yet, only an exam, but I already feel positive and confident that they’ll take great care of me. I also appreciate that they accept government insurance — that really makes a difference for accessibility. Highly recommend!

After much searching, I happened upon Mississauga Smiles Dentistry. Being afraid of needles and having poor history with past dentists I was very cautious. Overall - I was pleasantly surprised. My experience with Dr Mohammed, Susan and the staff at Mississauga smiles dentistry has been really positive. No pain, and as comfortable as could be through fillings. Most of all, no fainting from the fear of needles! They talked me through the whole process, and ensured I felt comfortable and okay. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mohammad and his assistant Macy for my dental capping. I was really nervous going in, but they were both incredibly kind and reassuring. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, and to my surprise—it was completely pain-free! I was also able to walk in and be seen the same day, which I really appreciated. Thank you both for making something I was so scared of feel so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
