Commercial Vehicle Wrap I lost money and my time was wasted. The agreement was I’d drop off my van on Friday and pick up on Saturday. On Friday hours after the van was dropped off Brandon sends me a picture of the van looking finished but I point out that the words on the wrap are not straight, the wrap doesn’t look good. He agrees to correct the driver and rear sides(passenger side wasn’t visible). I then get called Saturday to pick up, Brandon tells me I’ll need to drop off the van again because he needs to correct the passenger side… Brandon tells me the material has been ordered and should arrive Monday no later than Tuesday. Later that Saturday I point out that the driver side needs correcting too and that the rear door handle isn’t functioning. Brandon didn’t take responsibility for the door handle even thou the door handle worked perfectly when the van was dropped off, then there was a noticeable change in tone, and communication after bringing those concerns to his attention. Monday comes and he never updated me so I text him asking when I can drop off, he never responded. Tuesday comes I text Brandon again because he hasn’t reached out about dropping off the van. Brandon responds saying the material should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday now. Later on Tuesday I inform Brandon that I got the rear door handle looked at and it literally has a broken piece, this happened under his care. He offered to fix it but I already had it fixed so I asked for a discount for the damage done and he didn’t respond after. Wednesday comes, 11:14am I tell Brandon I cannot keep waiting and don’t want to keep waiting. That I’m feeling hostility because he’s not as friendly or responsive anymore. My van should have been ready on Saturday yet it isn’t and not being able to use my van is affecting my company. That I rather receive a refund and reimbursement and an itemized receipt. Friendly Brandon is back, he apologizes, says he was going to text me, that the material is in, offers to continue working on my van tomorrow Thurs or Friday. I then say I appreciate the apology but rather move on, that I want refund and reimbursement along with itemized receipt, he didn’t respond after. 12:40pm I ask Brandon to please process my request, he didn’t respond. 1:42 he says he’s working and will respond shortly. 4:04pm I ask Brandon again to please process my request, he didn’t respond. 5:05pm I ask Brandon again to please process my request, this time he does respond saying that my deposit is non refundable yet he never mentioned this to me, instead he points out the notice is mentioned in the invoice. Well played like hidden fees, and in light grey letters too. He continued to offer correcting the sides but at this point I’m too uncomfortable with this situation to keep doing business with him so I tell him I won’t be taking my van back because he already supposedly corrected the driver side once and it still came out terrible, and come to find out he only cut out the most obvious piece on the driver side and left the rest the same. Poor correcting. I tell him I want a reimbursement for the damage to my rear door handle and want a itemized receipt, he didn’t respond.

We had two vehicles done here. Our Lexus had a full wrap and our Camaro got stripes. We got the stripes done first. The work was done very fast and looks amazing. The work is masterfully done. The Lexus front fascia is a very tricky piece to wrap, but it came out perfect. We are very pleased with the outcome and price we paid.
