JB Arts. My new go-to art store even tho I’m in Hamilton. Local art stores couldn’t sell me what I wanted because they never had it to begin with even tho the mfr listed them as distributors. JB Arts not only HAS the stuff I’m looking for, but their customer service is second to none. CSR’s were quick to respond to me re a problem with my online order (and wasn’t their fault!) and in the end the product was exactly as it should be, not a dent or scratch on the packaging.
