Design Process & Overall Management; From the moment my mum and I entered the show room in - both Maria and Natasha made us feel so welcome, heard and understood. They did not place pressure on us as they guided us through the showroom designs and got to understand our wants for my bathroom renovation. Maria guided us round and took time to show the different tiles, toilets and shower options. Although the showroom isn’t big, I got a good feel of the quality of what they had to offer and their expertise in the design process. We initially inquired about price and it was way out of our budget so we initially seeked services elsewhere. However with everywhere we looked we could not help but reflecting on our experience with the north arch staff which ultimately made us invest abit more to guarantee good customer service and the quality of the design / end product. Maria was hands on throughout the whole process - she spent time with me refining my design to fit my individual needs and proactively coordinated with the builders to ensure everything was going ahead as planned so I didn’t have to worry. We build a very good rapport so I’m sad I will not have to catch-up with her again as she really made the experience fun for me. Contractor: Blazej was professional, friendly, efficient and hard working as he worked extra hard to stick to completion deadlines he promised, despite any issues that came his way. I have heard so many horror stories or contractors constantly extending deadlines, leaving the house in a mess with no estimation of when the job will be done so I am thrilled this was not my reality. He was very informative of what his plans were so I felt just as involved on the building journey as I did in the design process. I am a young female living alone in my 20s so I was quite nervous about having loads of workers in my house but Blazej made it a very comfortable experience for me. He did a great job at cleaning up everyday, strategically timing the organisation of the skip collection to get rid of my old bathroom so I didn’t disturb neighbours for long having it in my shared driveway and also put protection plastic in the hallway in our shared reception space. The result was very neat and I am SO pleased with the quality of the work and I’m obsessed with my dream bathroom! I highly recommend going with North Arch for your bathroom as I couldn’t have wished for a better experience ❤️

Stunning design and perfect installation! We had a great experience with North Arch Bathrooms and would highly recommend them. We weren’t quite sure what style we wanted, but Drew created a gorgeous design from our rough ideas, which made the process really easy for us. He was also very patient as we went back and forth over design options and tried out different ideas to find the right look. All the fittings/products look great and function perfectly, and feel like they’re built to last. Jarek & Jakub took great care with the fitting and every detail of the design was implemented to a high level of precision. They were lovely to work with and we felt totally comfortable leaving our keys with them while we moved out for the duration of the works. They took great care with the house (we actually returned to find it cleaner than when we left!) and they were considerate with noise levels and working hours which kept our neighbours happy. We absolutely love our new bathroom, thank you so much North Arch!

We had a great experience with North Arch. Maria, our designer, tailored the bathroom to our needs and addressed every concern. Blazej did an excellent job with the installation and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. He was also the most responsive tradesperson I’ve worked with. Even after installation, North Arch offered to swap a few elements to better suit our everyday use. Overall, we’re very happy with our new bathroom!
