They are fraudsters, delivered me a used massage chair, I had to complaint several times, chair was taken for the maintenance but they keep changing parts with other used machines, subsequently delivering the faulty chairs again. Very bad experience.

Bought Message Chair from them Fee months back, must say their quality is top notch. The chair has multiple functions, especially heating, and zero gravity. Also tuna message option is best for relaxing.

I purchased JoyUS mini massage gun from Packages Mall Store expecting a reliable product, but unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. After just a couple of weeks of use, the massage gun started making a strange, loud noise. I took it back to the store and they replaced it with a new one. However, the replacement unit also developed the same issue after a short period of use. I had it serviced, hoping that would resolve the problem, but just a couple of weeks later, the loud sound has returned. This has been a frustrating cycle, especially considering the massage gun is still under warranty. While I appreciate that Packages Mall Store replaced the unit initially, I am disappointed that this product has required so much attention and still isn’t performing as expected. I would not recommend this product based on my experience, as it seems to be prone to recurring issues that disrupt its usability.
