We have a very tiny old house with no attic or basement. It has a utility room the size of a large closet that has our washer, dryer, old style hot water heater and some shelves. We could barely fit into it to do laundry. We contacted JC about the feasibility of installing an on demand hot water heater to provide both more efficiency and additional space. Jerry came out for a site inspection and listened to my objectives and concerns and said objectives were achievable.. Dave and Tony performed the installation. As usual with this house there were a few unexpected situations but they were analyzed and addressed. Tony and Dave were analytical, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant, paid attention to detail and cleaned both the yard and house on job completion. The end result was everything I expected and more. I have some much needed space and an efficient hot water system. I am so happy with the results.
