Terrible service. I stood at the checkout for 45 minutes, there were 2 people in front of me and I still couldn't pay for my purchase. The cashier comes here to talk but not to serve customers. Is it the cashier's job to talk for so long with one of the customers? I didn't wait in this line and went to another checkout and there everything was the same! The cashier talks to one of the customers and there is a line of 4 people and waits.

Under staffed is an understatement. I waited over 40 minutes to make a return and there was only 1 person in front of me. She had an entire cart full, easily over 100 items. There was no other employee to help. Pitiful.

Do you want to be deceived? Welcome to this store. Sales assistant # 0009 working here, a fraudster. A woman who likes to sign you a "store card" (MasterCard) under the guise of an extra 35% discount for jewelry. There will be no such discount. Her management knows she is a fraud and is covering for her. The only goal to force you to open credit card. All who connected with me from the JC Penny after I complained know very good that this info must be explained to the customer before opening the third-party credit card, not after. You all are liers and fraudsters.
