J Crew recently rolled out a new credit card which I applied for the first day it was available at a store in Kansa City. There were all sorts of issues and the card was not able to be used that day. I was able to go to our local store in West Des Moines and get everything transferred from another card to the new J Crew card thanks to the help of Karlie. Very impressed with the customer service!!

Out of all the J Crews which I’ve shopped at, this location has to be the most unwelcoming store ever. In the years I’ve lived in the area, I visited this store at least a dozen times, and was never offered help, nor have I been greeted. The set up of this location, does not look like a higher end store. Definitely needs a remodel, and more welcoming staff. I hate having to rate the store as a one star, as they have wonderful, beautiful, and excellent quality clothing.
