I recently went to JCB Malad, and my experience was super. I went only for a haircut but ended up getting highlights because the service was quick and efficient. Afzal who worked on both my haircut and highlights was the reason why I ended up getting more services than I had planned for. He was super efficient and communicated clearly. He gave his recommendations too which we as customers require, because we wouldn't know the technical details of the stuff that they are better aquainted with. Overall, Afzal s great at hair. He knows what he is doing very well. Highly recommend 💫
