Trip.com MemberIt was very nice staying. We were seeking staycation with family. So we could achieve it. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and well organized. And room is renovated. Valet was also good. However, kids cannot use indoor pool. Only outdoor pool is available for all family members. But I could enjoy my own time at sauna. Food also amazing.
Asid RLocation maybe great but rooms are very dated. The Middle East has a fascination with twin beds and expects 2 people to fit on one - be aware these are small beds. These are not 2 people beds. |No luggage assistance when we arrived at all.|Rooms are very dated and hotel looks old. 5 star is based on facilities I assume - certainly not the standard or service or rooms.

From the moment we arrived at Al Qaser ballrooms , we were warmly welcomed, and the service was truly outstanding A special thanks to manager Elias and the chef Eslam who went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made all the difference. They were not only courteous but also very knowledgeable about the menu, providing great recommendations. The food was delicious especially sea food day.. Variety of options to suit every taste. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, making it a perfect place for both casual and special occasions. I highly recommend Qaser ballrooms Hilton restaurant in Jeddah to anyone looking for top-quality service and an unforgettable Sohor experience.
