I hired the firm last year to assist with the US B1/B2 Visa as my visa was firstly rejected, then the second time I applied, it was put under administrative processing. Having 4 yrs passed with no update on application, I reapplied in Berlin and it was once again put under administrative processing. After two yrs with no update, I hired the firm. Although charged an exorbitant fee, I was regularly anseered to my mails and queries and the firm followed on my application so that in two months, I got my five year visa. Great service and professional people to work with.

This facility is extremely unprofessional. We have confirmed the details about the purpose of consultation a few days before the appointment and they change the scope of the service a couple of hours before the meeting and later cancel the request less than 30 minutes before the meeting. They even use a lie in their response to cover their irresponsibility as a true reflection of their character. To clarify what happened: 1. I scheduled and got confirmed on the appointment via email on the previous Thursday. On Monday a couple of hours before the meeting, they change the topic of discussion. 2. In my email, I clearly stated my request. It's not just about having them complete the form but also about clarifying the meaning of some fields. Regardless, they should be responsible for informing me during the appointment confirmation whether they can answer my questions.
