Ghazaleh AnoushiI had an accident on last February and the paper work took almost two months to complete Since April 2024 I do not have any car how ever they were taking monthly payments from my account I tried to contact my case manager he never called back. I sent emails and no response. I called them again after many times following up they finally sent me the termination papers and told me that they will refund my money back. every week I have to call and follow up asking for their manager Alesha. She always promises to follow up and send the emails however after six months and over hundreds of voicemails and follow up I don’t have my money back yet. I don’t recommend this company to anyone Please choose your car insurance company more wisely and do not share your bank account with this guys

We have been with them for 15 years and as of recently it has been nothing but headaches and screwing up our coverage, then expecting us to pay for their mistakes. Zero accountability. Not what you want from a brokerage!
