I grew up in Louisville and remember going to this mall as a teenager. I took my 9 year old there today and we had a great time. She did the bungee jumping which she enjoyed. We got a smoothie at the food court and browsed around Dillards. Bathrooms and stores looked clean and we had fun. Will be back

Ignore the disparaging comments, this place is full of life and stores. Just because I'm not who they market to doesn't mean it's a bad mall. I saw nothing but happy families and clean facilities. In my opinion, individual store experiences shouldn't be a factor when reviewing overall reputation of the area. Some folks just have bad days. Pleasantly surprised.

I want to know why in the hell the air was barley on today !!!! I had a full blown asthma attack and then my family that was with us was miserable too. We all had to leave it was awful and there was others complaining as well. It is STILL summer turn the damn air up !!!!!!

Very few stores worth going to, rude staff, and they don’t allow customers to wear face masks anymore. I have a health condition and need to wear a mask when I’m in public. But a security guard told me I had to take it off or leave. I wanted to go to the only good store this terrible mall has but I guess I’ll stick with the St. Matthew’s mall. Better options and kinder staff. AND THEY LET YOU WEAR MASKS. I’d give this one zero stars if I could.
