He was very friendly, easy to work with, and he made the whole process so much easier than we thought it would be. He was always available, explained things clearly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The quality of work was superb. The roof looks amazing, and the paint is perfect, we’re so happy with the results of everything. I definitely recommend Linear Roofing for all restoration and work to anyone’s homes. I recently worked with Linear Roofing, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Special thanks to our project manager, Trey. From the very first interaction after the storm, he was professional, polite, and just an all-around great guy to work with and even just talk to. My situation was a bit more complicated than most. Just were dealing with a lot of things in my own work that made things a little stressful on my time management end, but he never once made me feel like things were too difficult and he went above and beyond to simplify the process for us. He made it incredibly easy to communicate and coordinate every step of the project. Trey was always on time, responsive to calls and messages, and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me. You can tell he really knows his stuff, but you can tell he also has genuine care and concern for us. He treated our home like it was his own and made sure every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. And the roofing team from Linear were clean, efficient and did an absolutely great job. My house and the rest of the exterior look SO much better now.
