Jenn moves quick! We bought our house in July 2020, and the market was moving quickly. We had a very specific set of requirements for the home and while my partner and I would typically send her houses to view, by the time they were online to the public there would offers on the home already. Jenn sent us a listing before it hit the market and it was perfect. Throughout the process Jenn was very engaged, but not pushy. Highly recommend!

Jenn was absolutely amazing. I have an extremely busy schedule and she was 💯 accommodating for my every need. She drove to me to pick up deposits. She was constantly answering the many questions I had. Jenn’s background in project management was such an asset with regards to questions I had about the new home build and structure. Buying a home can be daunting and with Jenn I felt as though I was with a friend who was patient and always looking out for my best interest. She catered to every need I had. She was also thoughtful on a personal level and made me feel that she was invested beyond the actual business transaction. Her welcome basket was so thoughtful and personable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know. Her level of professionalism made the home buying process exciting and easy.

Jenn is a fantastic Realtor. My wife and I were looking to move from BC to Alberta late last year. We weren't sure who would be best to help us at first and discovered Jenn from her fantastic YouTube videos that covered the pros and cons of moving to Edmonton. Without any referral, we decided to contact Jenn to see how she could help. Jenn was excellent from the very start. We had zoom meetings and met face to face virtually when we couldn't so easily meet in person, being a province apart. We met in person in Sept 2021 when my wife and I flew out to tour homes. Jenn continually went above and beyond to find the perfect home in Edmonton and then negotiate a reasonable price. We feel so lucky to have her as our Realtor.

As a first-time home-buyer, we were very overwhelmed with the process of buying a house (especially during a pandemic). We met with Jenn in the fall of 2020. Jenn was recommended to us by a friend, and am I ever glad! Jenn provided us with a free consultation, ensuring we knew there was no pressure. We left that initial meeting with all the information we needed (including handouts) about the process, as well she took the time to show us what was on the market with our 'must-haves' list. She set us up with realistic expectations which ultimately created the environment for a great experience. We were shopping in the VERY popular market of a single-family home between $300-$350,000. Jenn notified us ANY time a home came on the market that matched our parameters. It honestly felt like we were her only clients based on how available she was to do showings with us. We was able to suggest homes to us, and point out red flags that we would NEVER have caught without her! She was even willing to humor us and take us to homes that she KNEW we would be disappointed in but I insisted on seeing (spoiler alert: Jenn was ALWAYS right). We were never rushed, and always informed. As a Type-A personality, I had a LOT of questions, and Jenn was available at ALL hours to answer any question I had via text or phone call. Seriously, I cannot believe how responsive she is (literally within 5 minutes usually). And at all hours! During negotiating, we were working late into the evening and she never hesitated or 'shut down' her office hours. She really is amazing. Jenn knows all the tricks of the trade. She was able to negotiate with a home builder to help us get a home that was initially out of budget for us. She knows what is fair, and will tell you the risks and rewards of all options available to you. Beyond just negotiating, she knows what questions to ask, what to look for, what to insist on, what to let go. Not to mention, she has a contact person for pretty much any service you could need related to buying a home. She is AMAZING. Her social media presence speaks for her passion of her profession. Check her out and that really is all the evidence you need! @jennmcphillamey Not to mention-she has an adorable dog, Darby, you will likely meet if you work with her :) Since we purchased in November 2020, I have reached out to Jenn multiple times about any of my house-related questions (taxes, dealing with the builder, warranty etc.) Again, super responsive, and if she doesn't know off the top of her head (which she usually does), she will undoubtedly find the answer. I trust Jenn wholeheartedly with my real estate endeavors and if we ever buy/sell again, she will be our #1 phone call....I suggest you do the same!!
