Now that it is time to renew, we have benefited again from her understanding of the current mortgage market conditions and her honest advice. Efficient, communicative, and detail-oriented. We really appreciate how clearly she let us know what documents were needed and how promptly she answered our many questions. I have somewhat mixed feelings about my experience with Jennifer. She seemed to be quite overwhelmed at times, her way of communicating with me was abrupt and snappy at times, especially when she erroneously forwarded the entire chain of emails with another client of hers to me and I pointed out that to her, as it was a clear confidentiality breach on her part. Wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending her.

Jennifer was fantastic to work with. She was very professional and efficient, especially with all of our time sensitive requests. She helped us with our first mortgage and we definitely would work with her again. Overall, a great experience with minimal stress.
