There are some lawyers that are good, some that are better, and some that are the best. Tina is hands-down the best lawyer I've ever had the pleasure to know. As an advocate for my interests, she was tireless and relentless, fighting like mad for every single point to my advantage. But such perseverance is only half of what constitutes comprehensive advocacy - the other part is effectiveness - what are the results that such strong efforts produce? Tina is whip-smart, an amazingly effective negotiator, such that the settlement with the insurance company she produced for me was far beyond what I had ever hoped to gain. On top of al that, she's a genuinely compassionate person, and a patient guide - as my claim moved forward, she taught me what the whole process was about and how 'legal-land', which I find terribly counter-intuitive, actually works. But there is more good news to the story - her support staff, Emily, is every bit as caring, smart, and competent as Tina. They work as seamlessly as any team I've ever seen, with the result being that all their talents are reinforced and amplified. I felt entirely well informed, and taken care of, from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. On a scale of 5 stars, I'd give them 7! This is a choice you'll be glad you made!

I contacted Tiny Stupasky after my mother had been ran over in a parking lot; her medical bills and complications were severe. Tina was recommended to us from a family friend and I am forever grateful for all that she and her team was able to do for us. Tina advocated for my mom in the highest degree, through multiple insurance companies, keeping us updated on the progress every step of the way. I had just about given up. The motorist who hit me (in an out-of-state accident) had only $25,000 liability. My hospital bills were approaching six figures. The first two attorneys I met with made it sound like after their cut, there'd be even less money to pay medical bills--and I'd be responsible for the rest!. Depressing! Then, by pure luck, or divine intervention, I had a chance encounter in Eugene with an old friend who recommended Tina and her team. Tina listened carefully and realized that because I had numerous collector cars, we could claim against the UIM policies on my own policies and "stack" them for a substantial settlement totalling what that motorist should have had to pay in the first place.
