Jeremy recently handled both the sale of our current home in the South End of Halifax and the purchase of our new home and we feel that having him on our side was the best decision we ever made. We have worked with a few different agents over the years and Jeremy is by far the best. He is extremely personable, easy to work with and the ultimate pro. He is very, very good at what he does. We genuinely felt that he wanted what was best for us. He explained how much he felt we could expect to sell our home for and how much he could get us the other home for and he delivered. His timelines and plans were perfectly accurate down to the exact day and that was no easy task. A LOT of work on his behalf to bring it together. His attention to detail is immpecable and his negotiating skill are unsurpassed. Jeremy understands that in Real Estate business doesn't stop at 5PM with weekend off. He worked extremely hard for us during the entire transaction, often sending documents late at night or early in the morning. He had excellent ideas on how we could enhance our home for upsell and his marketting plan and strategy attracted exactly the right (very happy) buyers. He kept us in the loop the entire time and we never heard any negativity. Always super positive and full of optimism. When we first started working with Jeremy he said "Let's have some fun." And you know what? It was fun and it was stress free. Thanks to this downsizing transaction I will be able to retire early which is life changing (Thanks Jeremy!) We are over the moon happy and grateful! No doubt there will be more real estate dealings at some point in our future and Jeremy will be the first person we call. If you are looking to buy or sell your home call Jeremy. It will be the best decision you ever made.
