Fantastic experience, start to finish. As first time home buyers, we needed more hand-holding than we knew of they probably signed up for. Mr. Clifton and his excellent team helped us and guided through credit issues, processing issues, underwriting issues, even through getting laid off during a global pandemic. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and went WAY above and beyond to steer us in the right direction. Constant communication, weekly update phone calls, and goodies along the way. We have owned our home for 13 days, and we owe it all to Bobby, Toni, Judy and everyone else there.
