Jerry's Artarama Retail Stores - West Orange

Took a very sentimental piece to this store that my mother did 40+ years ago for framing. Dealt with a young lady by the name of Kristi. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Very informative, kind and most importantly patient during the selection process. People forget that customer service is part of every profession and unfortunately in modern times that bar is often set too low by many establishments. Needless to say the framing/picture came out perfect and I could not be happier. Thanks again Kristi.

One thing to watch out for: there’s a penalty for parking directly in front of the store, so be sure to use the designated parking areas. Other than that, it’s a great place with helpful staff and an easy-to-navigate layout. Highly recommend for all creative needs!

Now that Joann's is gone, one would think Michael's would've step up their yarn offerings. No, same old trashy store brand and minimal Lion Brand, Caron and Redheart . Very very Sad
