My first time using Mtech on my new 2024, beta 430 RS. I had just put on the original three hours and it was time for its first oil change. I noticed that there was oil dripping off the skid plate. Knowing that it was still under warranty, I contacted Matt @Mtech and he said bring it in will look at it and get it fixed under warranty. Dropped it off and within a couple days they found where the leak was coming from. They repaired it under warranty with Beta. M Tech also change my oil and filter while they had it and the cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time was very quick! Their communication was excellent throughout the process! Mat and Tom were a pleasure to deal with and very professional!!! I go pick up my bike here in a couple days. This is my first experience with Mtech and I will be a customer as long as I am riding bikes. Thank you again, Mtech. Rick Prineville Oregon

I was looking for a shop to install a set of Clearwater lights on my BMW. M-Tech was recommended to me by the customer service team at Clearwater. I was happy I chose them for my service. They did a terrific job, were able to get me in during my timeframe and were friendly and welcoming. And priced very competitively. I recommend this shop for your motorcycle needs.

They put tires on my street glide, flushed my brake fluid, toss break pads on. The Harley dealership would have been double or more. . Definitely recommend and they will be seeing my 2016 street glide to dyno tune and put new rubber on. Good people!

When I decided I was going to buy my first brand new dirtbike, I went to every shop in town to look around and to feel out the staff. M-Techs knowledgeable and friendly customer service won me over. They had just sold the last X-trainer and that is the bike I was interested in. By the end of that day, there was one on the truck making its way towards Bend. My first new bike was just days away. I would suggest if you’re buying a new bike to make your purchase from a store where the customer service doesn’t end when you’ve paid for your bike. I’ve had my bike back to Mtech a few times for minor issues and it’s running better than the day I got it. Matt is definitely a master mechanic and is a whizz tuning suspension as well. Tom, up front, is the friendly, knowledgeable dude who keeps all things running smoothly. Do yourself a favor and when you’re ready to purchase your new bike, go visit Tom.
