We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! From our very first meeting, Rachel was warm, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to truly get to know us, our relationship, understand our vision and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. We got married in Kelowna BC, and although she is based in Vancouver, we just knew she would be the one to plan and create such a magical day. Rachel’s attention to detail was impeccable — nothing was overlooked, and she handled everything with grace and professionalism. On the day of the wedding, that’s when we were able to see her really shine; we were able to fully enjoy every moment because Rachel had everything under control. She came fully equipped with items that we didn’t even think to bring and was able to help out with any wardrobe malfunctions minutes before heading to the ceremony. Rachel kept to our timeline and everything ran perfectly. All vendors and other family members who helped throughout the day were all coordinated flawlessly which allowed me and my now husband have absolutely ZERO stress, enjoy the day to the fullest and watch the whole event unfold into the most beautiful day than we ever could have imagined.
