Graham DallasAlmost hilariously bad. I called to see if they had the timber I wanted in stock, and was told they did. When I got there they couldn’t serve me because their systems are down & can’t take card payments. I offered cash but they couldn’t take cash, even if I had the right money. I asked: can I order and pay online, and then collect? Yes no problem. But we can’t cut anything as we have new machines and the people are not yet trained to use them. You have to laugh I guess……

Really good value and clear about overall pricing (although the printed invoice was completely incorrect for prices - this was pointed out by the team member at time of signing/collection)
