The structure was inspected by the local County Inspectors and approved for the necessary building code compliance which was important to me as home owner. # Communication and Planning - Randy was extremely responsive before, during and after the completion of the project. The different milestones and dates were communicated before construction began and all of them were met with no delays. We setup LED lights with dimmers , fans, speakers etc to make the space usesable for family gatherings, holidays.
