Jim Youngblood - DeSelms Property Management

I had a deeply disappointing experience with DeSelms Property Management, who I was referred to by my realtor. During my initial call, while exploring options for managing properties I was purchasing, I was promised detailed information via email that never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured a callback within a few days, but that never happened either. This lack of follow through and poor communication before even signing a contract raises serious concerns about their professionalism and reliability. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine the subpar service one would receive after committing. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking dependable property management.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I am a current tenant, and i’ve had nothing shy of a horrible experience living here. I’ve had 3 ceiling leaks, 2 have been ongoing for 3 weeks and technicians will not be coming out for another 3 weeks. We’ve had ant problems, heating problems in the winter, electrical issues, water heater issues, you name it. I’ve tried to get in contact with the management office, and no one will get back to me. So hopefully this works. Again, don’t rent with this company.

Overpriced, unfriendly. Not easy to deal with. Went to a different property management company immediately had lower fees , better customer service and way less hoops to go through for a rental house
