After having our home sit on the market for 6-7 months, my husband and I made the decision to change our selling agent. I should probably backtrack a little... prior to moving, I watched the lady next door, struggle to sell her home. She finally became so frustrated, that she fired her agent and hired a new guy. The new agent sold the house within 2 weeks! I knew, at that time, that I wanted to hire that agent. Unfortunately, we were already committed to another agent... the one that allowed our home to sit for the 6-7 months. We finally made the change and hired Jimmy... who was also the agent that sold the neighbors house, before we moved! I was so excited! First, the pictures and video were absolutely amazing!!!
