My husband has seen advertisements all over Nashville about this firm. They had good reviews, seems like they’ve had great outcomes! Unfortunately, we got nowhere very early. We scheduled a consultation, for $150. We were under the assumption that during this, we would speak directly to the lawyer to get insight to what our options would be. Our appointment was only about 15 -20 min, ending in an “ I’ll give you a call back in a little bit, I’m waiting on a few questions to be answered.” A little bit turned into 3 business days.We never received a call back, we called in on the following Wednesday, more than once. Was told they would call us back, after not receiving the first call back, we called once more. Again, told we would be called back. When the call was finally returned, we were told prices. Processes weren’t really explained but they wanted the money to start. We asked for an itemized receipt, never received that to this day. The entire operation seems sketchy, and not run correctly . wonderful if it has worked for some people but this firm was just not for us. Its horrible to just take people’s money and not even get to speak with the actual attorney.

JJ Moore and Associates got my husband work visa through fast and without a lot of hassle! When he passed away unexpectedly they worked with me to help me with the USCIS paper work! They are amazing! Thank you to the whole team!
