My experience with Carlos was fantastic from start to finish! I received an estimate right away and once I decided to book the job I was given a start date in a timely manner. JJ handyman service contractor was professional and was patient when answering my questions. He did a great job and my decks look amazing. I highly recommend JJ handyman services

I hired Carlos and his team to do two bathrooms in my house: 1st - We agreed on a price. I pay for tiles, grout and accessories. He pays for tub, toilet, vanity. I ended up having to pay for the tub, toilet and vanity myself as he wasn't involved enough to order things on time. I agreed as the project was taking significantly longer than we talked about before starting. After the project completion, he then said I was responsible for paying for the glass of the shower despite it never being excluded from the quote or mentioned any time previously. I had no interaction with the glass guy until he started asking for money. Carlos acknowledged this as a mistake on his end, but still expects me to pay for it. I unfortunately paid the deposit on the second bathroom, thinking we were starting shortly after the first was done. We had to delay it a bit on our end for logistics. I've since reached out several times by phone, text, email and he is now ignoring all communication. It appears he has blocked my number from calling. So I've been scammed out of a few thousand dollars and working on a BBB report. Stay away.

I can’t say enough about carlos jj paint and handyman services However I have never taken on a project like a complete down so I was quite nervous to say the least.
I found Carlos on Google He really shows you everything that you could possibly run into with a remodel like this and how to tackle it head on. He was very personal and responsive whenever I had a question or I hit a roadblock in my project. I can’t thank him enough It was well worth the money spent and I would not have been able to do this kitchen remodel without him! Highly recommend !!! Thanks Carlos
