New Service centre with all new staff. Doesn’t value time at all. Just for normal service it took them more than 4 hrs. Do not recommend this place.

This place is new. All the staff appear to be new too. It has only one washing bay. So, despite claims of delivering a car in 2 hours, it takes much more. The quality of supervision is not up to the mark. The reception desk and bill desk are not professional. They take their own sweet time in doing things. The lounge is good, and the parking spaces are ample Overall, a disappointing experience though, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values his or her time

My experience with this place is awful. For the first time with kia, I've experienced such immature and unapologetic behaviour. They made me wait for 1 and half hours, after which they said, they can't repair my car key without the second one. Had they told me that at the beginning, I could have got the second key in 30 minutes. I hope to never visit this service center again.
