I stopped in looking for a specific item. They didn’t have what I needed, but reached out to all of their other stores to see if anyone else had it in stock. When none of the other locations had it, they called Scheels to see if they had it in stock. They called a competitor! What amazing customer service. I didn’t make a purchase today, but I will absolutely be back to do so in the future. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in decades! Truly amazing!
