RAM built our house and we are pleased, thus far. Frank the architect, Keith the money guy, Rachel the decorator, Lyndsey the project manager and Bryan the field supervisor all did a great job. They seem like they actually care how the customer feels and work to make him or her happy and satisfied. I'd recommend them.

Ram just completed a tear down and new build for us, and we could not be happier. From sales and design, with Keith and Frank, Rachel and Lindsey, through construction with Bryan and his team, they were communicative and great to work with the entire way. There are issues that come up with any build of this size, the key is how those issues are handled, and the Ram team could not have been more professional. Our new home is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Ram team!

We were moving to Charlotte from DC during the pandemic and worked with RAM on the design and build of our new home. As soon as we stepped into one of their spec projects, we could feel the quality and care that went into their homes. They moved quickly and kept us updated with daily logs and photos. Their subcontractors were skilled and really took pride in their craft. RAM uses a construction management software called Buildertrend which made tracking of selections, allowances, change orders, and progress simple and transparent. We still access it occasionally to confirm paint colors, etc. Keith and Frank were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Lindsey assisted with finalizing selections and made sure to submit purchase orders quickly, which helped avoid delays related to supply chain issues. Our project manager, Todd was amazing and continued to work with us after we moved in on any minor loose ends. We would recommend RAM to anyone interested in building a new home.
