Ram just completed a tear down and new build for us, and we could not be happier. From sales and design, with Keith and Frank, Rachel and Lindsey, through construction with Bryan and his team, they were communicative and great to work with the entire way. There are issues that come up with any build of this size, the key is how those issues are handled, and the Ram team could not have been more professional. Our new home is absolutely beautiful! We were moving to Charlotte from DC during the pandemic and worked with RAM on the design and build of our new home. As soon as we stepped into one of their spec projects, we could feel the quality and care that went into their homes. They moved quickly and kept us updated with daily logs and photos. Their subcontractors were skilled and really took pride in their craft. RAM uses a construction management software called Buildertrend which made tracking of selections, allowances, change orders, and progress simple and transparent. We still access it occasionally to confirm paint colors, etc. Keith and Frank were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Lindsey assisted with finalizing selections and made sure to submit purchase orders quickly, which helped avoid delays related to supply chain issues. Our project manager, Todd was amazing and continued to work with us after we moved in on any minor loose ends. We would recommend RAM to anyone interested in building a new home.

We cannot be happier with the RAM team and the final product of our home. We worked with them closely on designing a truly custom home that met all our wants and needs. From start to finish, they helped up throughout the whole process- something a first-time home builder really needed! The whole team listened to us and made it easy to contact them. They would respond quickly- we had almost all of their personal contact as well. Throughout the whole process, the RAM team become more than just our builder, they become friends and neighbors that we can rely on over the years. Rachel and Lindsey made designing personal and really helped us create more than a house but a home. Keith and Frank were with us from the start of the process and even now are available whenever we have an issue. Kevin worked tirelessly on our project and handled every issue for us. Like all builds, we ran into our issues but the RAM team knew how to handle the issues and fix them. We are truly thankful that we found RAM and cannot recommend them enough.
