I was first introduced to JNB by my cousin, after I told my cousin I needed a good contractor for a basement apartment renovation, I needed to do on an investment property. After I first met JNB I knew I found a good contractor. They came on time and with everything they needed to assess the basement apartment to provide me with plans and prices. JNB did all the demolition, framing, plumbing, drywall install, bathrooms, kitchen cabinet install for 2 kitchens, door install, trim work and finishes. They worked very hard to meet my schedule and budget requirements. JNB is great at solving unforeseen problems and anticipating upcoming works to keep things on track. Overall, they are a caring contractor and works well and is very detail orientated. I would definitely use JNB in the future. They came recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor that takes their time to make sure things look as best as possible.
